Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the XTREAM IPTV PLAYER PRO Apple TV application and website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

XTREAM IPTV PLAYER PRO is independent player software. It does not include, sell, host, retransmit, or grant access to television channels, movies, series, subscriptions, or provider credentials. You must obtain access from a service provider independently.

We are not your TV service provider and do not control its catalog, streams, billing, availability, account limits, or customer support. Use of the word "Xtream" describes compatibility with a connection method and does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by any provider or platform owner.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service for a household, organization, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and are responsible for activity through that use. A parent or legal guardian must supervise use by anyone who cannot enter into these Terms independently.

You may connect only to services and content that you are authorized to access. You are solely responsible for confirming that your provider, subscription, streams, recordings, and use comply with applicable contracts, copyright rules, broadcast rules, and local law.

The Service does not verify whether a third-party provider has rights to distribute its catalog. Availability in the app is not a representation that content is licensed or lawful in your location.

You are responsible for the accuracy, security, and authorized use of provider addresses, usernames, passwords, and account details entered into the app. Do not share credentials publicly or send them to us by email.

Provider terms, connection limits, geographic restrictions, expiration dates, and security requirements continue to apply. We cannot create, renew, recover, refund, or modify a provider account.

The Service may display provider-supplied media, schedules, artwork, descriptions, ratings, credits, biographies, trailers, and links from third parties. That information can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or changed without notice. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. YouTube trailers and Apple platform services are provided under the applicable YouTube, Google, and Apple terms. Apple, Apple TV, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Household profiles, category permissions, content-rating limits, hidden items, and PIN controls are convenience tools for organizing use on one Apple TV. The administrator is responsible for configuring those controls and protecting the administrator PIN.

Provider and third-party ratings or metadata may be incomplete, inaccurate, or missing. The Service does not guarantee that every title will be classified or restricted as you expect, and these controls are not a substitute for adult supervision.

You may not use the Service to:

• access, copy, distribute, or retransmit content without authorization;
• evade access controls, security measures, connection limits, or geographic rules;
• interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt the app, website, or another service;
• introduce malicious code or use the Service for fraud or unlawful activity;
• misrepresent an affiliation with us or resell the app as a content subscription; or
• reverse engineer, modify, or extract source code except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.

Subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store rules, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible Apple devices you own or control.

The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, and original text, is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or third-party content to you.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, compatibility, or website content. The app may require updates to continue working with Apple software, provider APIs, or third-party services. We do not guarantee that every provider, media format, stream, metadata source, or Apple TV version will remain compatible or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and compatibility. We do not warrant the legality, quality, security, performance, or availability of any provider or content. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, service interruption, provider conduct, unauthorized content, or credential compromise arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the app during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Applicable law may give you rights that cannot be limited by these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify the developer and operator of XTREAM IPTV PLAYER PRO against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, content or providers you connect, or your material breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict access to the website or terminate your license to use the Service if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or create security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and us concerning the Service, subject to mandatory law and the Apple media-services terms that apply to your download or purchase.
