This Privacy Policy explains how XTREAM IPTV PLAYER PRO ("we," "us," or "our") processes information when you use the XTREAM IPTV PLAYER PRO Apple TV app or visit this website.

XTREAM IPTV PLAYER PRO is an independent media player. We do not provide television channels, movies, series, subscriptions, or provider credentials. The app does not require an online account with us, and its core library and profile data remain on your Apple TV.

TV service connection details

When you add a compatible service, the app processes the server address, username, password, and the private display name you choose. Credentials are stored on your device using Apple Keychain and are sent from your Apple TV to the service provider you selected when the app authenticates, refreshes a catalog, or requests playback. The app does not send those credentials to a server operated by us.

Local library and household data

Catalog data, profiles, profile names, favorites, likes, dislikes, hidden titles, avatar choices, assigned services, permitted app sections and categories, content-rating limits, watch progress, viewing history, program reminders, search and display preferences, category organization, parental settings, and recommendation signals may be stored locally on your Apple TV. This information is used to operate the app and personalize the experience for each profile.

Settings and optional keys

App settings and administrator or parental-control information are stored locally. If you provide your own TMDB credential, it is stored with Apple Keychain and used only to make metadata requests to TMDB.

The app may connect to the following services when you use the related feature:

• Your TV service provider. The provider receives the credentials and requests needed to authenticate, retrieve its catalog or guide, and deliver media. It may also receive ordinary network information such as your IP address.
• The Movie Database (TMDB). The app may send title, year, person, genre, or similar lookup details to retrieve artwork, credits, biographies, ratings, and discovery metadata. TV service passwords are not sent to TMDB.
• YouTube. When you choose to watch a trailer, YouTube may receive the trailer request and ordinary device or network information under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Apple. Apple processes App Store delivery, purchases, and diagnostic information under its own policies. If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers, we may receive limited crash or performance information to troubleshoot the app.

These services independently determine how they process information they receive. Review the policies of your provider, TMDB, YouTube, and Apple for their practices.

This website does not provide a user account, credential form, advertising, or behavioral analytics. Do not send TV service credentials through email or any website contact method.

Our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure may automatically process standard request information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain security. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or sell it.

• We do not operate an advertising network or include third-party ad SDKs.
• We do not include a third-party behavioral analytics SDK in the app.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not receive your TV service password during ordinary app operation.

You can remove saved services, profiles, preferences, and viewing information using the controls available in the app. You can also remove app data through Apple TV settings or by erasing the device. Apple Keychain data is managed by the Apple operating system and its security controls.

Because we do not maintain an XTREAM IPTV PLAYER PRO user-account database, we generally do not hold an account record for you to delete. Requests concerning data held by your TV provider or another third party must be directed to that service.

Locally stored app information remains on your device until you remove the related service, profile, or data, erase app or device data, or the operating system otherwise removes it. We retain any website security or diagnostic logs only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations.

Your provider and other third-party services set their own retention periods for information they process.

We use platform security features and reasonable technical measures designed to protect the app and website. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your Apple TV, administrator PIN, provider credentials, and network, and use HTTPS provider addresses whenever your provider supports them.

The app is a general-audience media player and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. Household profiles and parental controls do not create a child account with us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an XTREAM IPTV PLAYER PRO account service.

We may update this policy as the app, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the website, the app, or an App Store update where appropriate.
